HYDROTESTING & MANIFOLD PIPELINE

As Per PESO & BIS regulations, it is mandatory for every cylinder to undergo Periodical Inspection & Testing Process (Hydro Test) after every specific interval. The Re Test Periodicity / Interval depends upon the nature of Gas the cylinder had been used for storage in the past & is duly specified by BIS. A Cylinder is Hydro Tested at a pressure called Test Pressure, specified in accordance with the Manufacturing Standard of the cylinder.
